Burial will be in Port Byron. Mr. Jones died unexpectedly Thursday night at the Auburn Memorial Hospital. He is a mem-ber of the Methodist Church in Montezuma. He was the owner of a grocery store in that community, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Cayuga, and a retired fireman. He is survived by his wife, Mae; a son, Leon, of Montezuma; a daughter, Sharon, a student nurse at Binghamton State Hospital; two brothers, Ernest, of Palmyra; Clif-ford of Phelps; three sisters, Mrs. George Fetzer and Mrs. Leonard Sabin, both of Phelps; Mrs. Roy Lash of Lyons.
