Stanley Osburn, justice of the peace of the Town of Throop; two grandsons; a niece and two nephews. Funeral services were held Friday at Scott and Mam. Funeral Home, Port Byron with Rev. Edward Lincoln, pastor of Montezuma Methodist Church, officiating Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Throop.
