- [S507] Unknown author, Cayuga County Independent, Location: Auburn, New York, Obituary for Henry in 1880 reads: 'Some 10 years ago he moved to Michigan. Mrs. Bonker died there soonafter.' Lucy's gravestone in Lakeview Cemetery, Cayuga reads 1865. In 1860 census Henry is residing in Montezuma, but by 1870 he apparently widowed and living in Ledyard with Samuel. By 1875 they are all back in in Montezuma living with Samuel. Lucy may have died in Montezuma but the fact that the family is not found in the 1865 New York State Census, may support the Michigan location mentioned in Henry's obituary.
